HEALTH & SAFETY OVERVIEW
All our bottles and caps comply with Food Contact Regulations and meet the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia 5./3.1.5
Our sports and school bottles and caps are BSEN71 and 90/128/EEC approved making them completely safe for repeated food usage.
INDUSTRIAL
We blow mould articles up to 10 litres in volume. We've developed a large range of our own design containers, many of which are available from stock, including industrial and household chemical bottles, paint and automotive containers. Additionally we mould unique designs for customers' individual requirements and undertake development work for leading retail organisations and oil companies.
Our scope is not just limited to bottles - we've moulded items including weightlifting dumbbell shells, watering cans, balls for children's play areas, toys and even tractor seats.
The flexibility of our modern machinery allows us to offer you containers from single up to six cavity moulds, giving you the lowest unit cost for your order quantity. We are able to offer comprehensive container decoration in-house with multi-colour high speed screen printing equipment, self-adhesive labels, bar-coding and stretch or heat-shrink sleeving. We can also help with unique solutions with special-purpose machinery designed and built on-site.
Although we supply major chemical companies with daily multi-truck call-offs, we will also support low quantity orders. If we can't offer a solution from stock we'll develop your ideas from initial discussions through concept drawings and models to the manufacture of moulds and finished components.
SPORTS
We manufacture and supply high quality sports bottles in 500ml, 750ml and 1 litre sizes and offer a variety of different sports cap colours. Stock colours are Natural and White but we offer other bottle colours and are pleased to supply the bottle colour of your choice dependant on order quantity. We supply both unprinted and custom printed bottles and welcome enquires from all sectors of the market. All our bottles and caps are BSEN71 & 90/128/EEC approved making them completely safe for repeated food usage.
SCHOOLS
We manufacture and supply high quality schools bottles complete with the sports cap colour of your choice. Our 500ml School water bottles are made from transparent natural low density polyethylene, a squeezable material which is completely safe for repeated food use. Each bottle is printed with a name block to write in each child's name, ensuring each bottle is safely identifed. Bottles are dishwasher safe to 65°. All our school bottles and caps have been tested and comply with BSEN71 & 90/128/EEC approved standards.
